What is a casino VIP program?
A casino VIP program is a loyalty ladder. You earn points as you play, and each step up pays better perks than the one before. At RooRoll the points are called XP, the ladder has five levels, and the perk that grows with your level is cashback.
This page covers the RooRoll VIP program only. A higher level is a reward for play you would have done anyway, not a reason to play more.
The five levels
- Boogu (level 1): where everyone starts. 1% weekly cashback.
- Aqua (level 2): from 5,000 XP. 2% weekly cashback.
- Sapphire (level 3): from 20,000 XP. 3% weekly cashback plus daily cashback.
- Aurora (level 4): from 75,000 XP. 10% weekly cashback plus daily cashback.
- Diamond (level 5): the top level. 20% weekly cashback, up to $3,000, plus daily cashback.

Cashback is worked out on net real-money losses, so a winning week returns nothing. Example: on a level with a 10% rate, a week that ends $500 down returns $50 on Monday. The full method is in the RooRoll cashback guide.
How XP works
You earn XP as you play with real money. Bonus-money play doesn't move you up. Your level is what sets your cashback rate, so the higher you are, the more of a losing week comes back on Monday.
What changes at level 3
Sapphire is the first big step. On top of the weekly cashback, levels 3 to 5 get 15% daily cashback, up to $500, credited during the day and activated in My Bonuses. The same losses are never paid back twice, so daily and weekly cashback don't overlap.
The weekly rate then jumps at Aurora, from 3% to 10%, and doubles again at Diamond to 20%. How the weekly payout is worked out is covered in the RooRoll cashback guide.
Don't chase a level
XP comes from real-money play, so climbing faster means spending more. Cashback only returns a share of losses. Play at the pace you would anyway and let the level follow, not the other way round.
