What is casino cashback?
Casino cashback returns a share of your net losses over a set period, here a week. It is not a deposit bonus: you don't top up to get it, and a winning week returns nothing.
At RooRoll the share runs from 1% to 20% depending on your VIP level, capped at $3,000 a week, and it is worked out every Monday for the week before.
What RooRoll's weekly cashback is
Weekly cashback is RooRoll's standing offer for every player on every VIP level. It is not a deposit bonus: you don't top up to get it and you don't claim it in advance. It simply returns a share of what you lost with real money over the previous week.
The calculation runs every Monday. If you ended last week down, the cashback appears in My Bonuses on its own, and you have 7 days to claim it.
How the amount is worked out
Four things decide what lands in your account:
- Real money only. Play with bonus money is left out of the count.
- Net losses. Your real-money losses for the week, minus what you won back. A winning week gives no cashback.
- Your VIP level. It sets the rate, from 1% to 20%.
- The weekly cap. The most anyone gets back in one week is $3,000.
Example: on a level with a 10% rate, a week that ends $500 down returns $50 on Monday.
Weekly cashback rates by VIP level
- Boogu (level 1): 1%, where everyone starts.
- Aqua (level 2, 5,000 XP): 2%.
- Sapphire (level 3, 20,000 XP): 3%, plus daily cashback.
- Aurora (level 4, 75,000 XP): 10%, plus daily cashback.
- Diamond (level 5): 20%, up to $3,000 a week, plus daily cashback.
The jump from Sapphire to Aurora is the big one: the weekly rate more than triples. Your VIP level sets the rate; the VIP levels guide shows how XP moves you up.
Daily cashback for VIP levels 3 to 5
From Sapphire upwards there is a second, faster cashback: 15% up to $500, worked out on your casino play and credited during the day. You activate it in My Bonuses. It runs alongside the weekly cashback, but the same losses are never paid back twice: RooRoll's terms say VIP cashback can't be combined with another cashback offer for the same losses.
What to keep in mind
Cashback softens a losing week; it doesn't turn one into a winning week. Treat it as a small refund, not a reason to keep playing. RooRoll's rates and terms can change, so check the promotions page before you deposit.
